At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will manage the critical supply chain for aircraft on ground (AOG) as a Supply Chain Manager Aircraft. You analyze delays, prioritize urgencies, and coordinate with suppliers to support assembly lines and customer service as quickly as possible. Your work ensures that spare parts and solutions arrive exactly where they are most urgently needed.

Responsibilities


  • Order processing review and assurance
  • Supply chains optimization and efficiency checking
  • Data management in the ERP system for order placement and administration
  • Delay analysis and prioritization of urgencies for assembly lines and customer support
  • Operational action plans for retrofits, missing parts, and logistics processes
  • Supply chain performance daily monitoring and conflict resolution
  • Supplier cooperation driving preventive and corrective measures
  • Return logistics and inventory management optimization


Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in procurement, customer service, and project management
  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP/R3
  • Proficient German skills (at least B2) and business fluent English skills (at least C1)
  • Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and customer-oriented approach
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
