At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on the role of Supply Chain Manager, Aircraft on Ground, operationally controlling supply chains for urgent spare parts. You analyze delays, prioritize urgencies, and coordinate measures to minimize downtime in assembly and customer support.

Responsibilities


  • Order processing: Review and ensure execution
  • Supply chains: Analyze, optimize, and monitor performance daily
  • ERP system: Utilize for order placement and data management
  • Delay analysis: Conduct and prioritize urgencies for assembly lines
  • Operational action plans: Develop to control retrofits, missing parts, and logistics processes
  • Supplier cooperation: Collaborate on preventive and corrective measures as well as return logistics
  • Inventory management: Monitor stock levels and implement action plans for capacity control
  • Supplier evaluation: Conduct risk analyses and coordinate with relevant stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in procurement, customer service, and project management
  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP/R3; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Proficient German skills (at least B2) and business fluent English skills (at least C1)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaboration in multicultural teams
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
