Responsibilities
- Order Management: Creation and monitoring of orders in various ERP/SAP systems according to requirements
- Material Flow Control: Ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient deliveries of products and services
- Process Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Airbus ordering guidelines and processes
- Supplier Coordination: Central point of contact for international suppliers in the operational procurement process
- Quality Assurance: Initiation of corrective and preventive measures for continuous improvement
- Information Management: Ensuring smooth information flow between all stakeholders
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in procurement and supply chain
- Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP (especially in the procurement area)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Excellent communication skills, team orientation, and a high sense of responsibility
- Resilience and ability to work independently
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
