We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager Composite Materials Aviation for our customer Airbus Operations GmbH at their site in Bremen. The gross annual salary is between €82,500 and a maximum of €85,400, depending on qualifications. The position is initially limited to 12 months – with the option of extension. Tasks

  • Monitoring and ensuring contract terms between supplier activities and contractual requirements
  • Collaboration in purchasing processes such as tenders and contract negotiations
  • Coordination of cross-departmental coordination with programs, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing
  • Support in supplier management and maintenance of long-term, trusting relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with standards in all purchasing activities

Qualifications

  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing, supplier and contract management, and procurement
  • Initial experience in project management and risk management
  • Initial experience with SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent English (at least C1) and proficient German (at least B2)
  • Technical understanding of composite materials and experience at Airbus are an advantage
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
