• Ensuring the flow of materials through active coordination of deliveries and inventory availability
• Communicating with suppliers to report requirements, process orders, and track deadlines
• Analyzing delivery delays and implementing recovery plans
• Monitoring supply chain performance in close coordination with purchasing, logistics, and production
• Collaborating on optimization projects with suppliers or within the supply team
• Independently managing your own area of responsibility in a dynamic team
• Participating in strategic projects that help shape the future of the supply chain

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business administration, supply chain management, or logistics
• Several years of professional experience in materials planning, supplier management, or logistics
• In-depth SAP user knowledge and experience with Google Workspace
• German language skills (at least C1) and English language skills (at least C1) – interviews will be conducted in English
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. once a month)
• Resume in English required
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
