Tasks
- Ensuring the flow of materials through active coordination of deliveries and inventory availability
- Communicating with suppliers to report requirements, process orders, and track deadlines
- Analyzing delivery delays and implementing recovery plans
- Monitoring supply chain performance in close coordination with purchasing, logistics, and production
- Collaborating on optimization projects with suppliers or within the supply team
- Independently managing your own area of responsibility in a dynamic team
- Participating in strategic projects that help shape the future of the supply chain
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration, supply chain management, or logistics
- Several years of professional experience in materials planning, supplier management, or logistics
- In-depth SAP user knowledge and experience with Google Workspace
- German language skills (at least C1) and English language skills (at least C1) – interviews will be conducted in English
- Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. once a month)
- Resume in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
