Responsibilities
- Demand Management: Reviewing, clarifying, and planning material requirements for manufacturing
- Procurement: Scheduling and procurement of spare parts, equipment, systems, and services
- Supplier Management: Active supplier monitoring (quantity, time, price) and communication with internal and external suppliers
- Risk Management: Identifying, classifying, and mitigating risks in material flows
- Performance Steering: Monitoring and analyzing delivery performance as well as master data maintenance
- Issue Resolution: Reviewing and resolving supply disruptions including recovery activities
- Collaboration: Managing material flows in close cooperation with internal departments and external suppliers
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a commercial clerk or forwarding agent, or a relevant technical/vocational training as a technician or certified manager
- Many years of professional experience
- Several years of experience in scheduling/material procurement, customer service, and supplier management
- Confident use of SAP/R3 and advantageously knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent in English (at least C1), German knowledge advantageous
- CV in English required
- Strong communicative skills, structured and autonomous working style as well as strong assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
