Responsibilities


  • Operational Performance: Continuously improve the end-to-end performance of Control Suppliers in the Customer Services & A220 area
  • Community Building: Build and lead a strong Control Supplier/Supply Chain Quality community within Customer Services & A220, including dedicated governance structures
  • Process Deployment: Implement the Airbus A2135 Control Suppliers processes and activities in collaboration with other Airbus teams
  • Process Definition: Define the process requirements for Control Suppliers/Supply Chain Quality in the after-sales perimeter and ensure compliance
  • Process Representation: Represent the Customer Services Process Management Team in reviews
  • Internal Alignment: Align process and operational topics with other Supply Chain Quality teams (e.g., Supplier Handovers, withdrawal requests, process improvements)
  • Guidance & Support: Support and guide Customer Services teams regarding Control Suppliers processes and after-sales specifics


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or Supply Chain Quality (at least Bachelor's)
  • Many years of professional experience in project management, process improvement, quality management, and supply chain
  • Comprehensive experience in supply chain quality management is mandatory
  • Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of project and process management
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German or French language skills are advantageous
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace
  • Willingness to travel (approximately once a month within Europe)
  • Result-oriented and independent way of working, analytical thinking skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
