Responsibilities


  • Project coordination for the implementation of a new ERP system in a complex supply chain environment
  • Supply chain activities for cabin furnishing of serial aircraft by planning, coordinating, and communicating
  • Interface management within the cabin supply chain and to adjacent areas
  • Project leadership of work packages and oversight of operational procurement processes
  • Performance dashboard for procurement by setting up, updating, and tracking budgets
  • Risk management in procurement by conducting follow-up and initiating mitigation measures
  • Competitiveness of the entire supply chain by ensuring and continuously improving it


Qualifications

  • Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in a technical field, industrial engineering, business administration, or supply chain / logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in supplier management, project management, and supply chain / logistics
  • Initial experience in data analysis
  • Proficient handling of SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
  • Good knowledge of change management
  • Proficient German (at least B2) and business fluent English (at least C1); French is an advantage
  • CV in English required
  • Structured and results-oriented working style with strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
