Responsibilities
- Project coordination for the implementation of a new ERP system in a complex supply chain environment
- Supply chain activities for cabin furnishing of serial aircraft by planning, coordinating, and communicating
- Interface management within the cabin supply chain and to adjacent areas
- Project leadership of work packages and oversight of operational procurement processes
- Performance dashboard for procurement by setting up, updating, and tracking budgets
- Risk management in procurement by conducting follow-up and initiating mitigation measures
- Competitiveness of the entire supply chain by ensuring and continuously improving it
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in a technical field, industrial engineering, business administration, or supply chain / logistics
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management, project management, and supply chain / logistics
- Initial experience in data analysis
- Proficient handling of SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of change management
- Proficient German (at least B2) and business fluent English (at least C1); French is an advantage
- CV in English required
- Structured and results-oriented working style with strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
