Responsibilities
- Supplier Management as the central point of contact for operational activities and contract management
- Quality and Performance Management of the supply chain with a focus on on-time delivery, quality, and cost
- Qualification and Certification of suppliers, ensuring compliance in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Capacity Planning through consolidated forecasts and assessment of supplier capacities
- Risk Management by identifying industrial risks at suppliers and developing mitigation actions
- Project Management for initiating and controlling supplier development and improvement projects
- Performance Reporting by presenting supplier performance (KPIs, assessments) in multifunctional team meetings
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics, or Supply Chain Quality
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management, quality management, and supply chain
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel (1-2 times per quarter within Europe)
- Technical understanding and presentation experience
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working, strong communication skills, as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
