Tasks

  • Controlling the flow of materials for rapid supply in aircraft on ground situations
  • Analyzing delivery delays and actively managing replacement measures
  • Order management: communicating requirements to suppliers, placing and tracking orders
  • Helping to shape and negotiate logistics processes
  • Monitoring supply chain performance in day-to-day business
  • Communicating with internal customers about the current status of orders

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in business administration, supply chain, or logistics (at least a bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling, material procurement, or supply chain management
  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP
  • Confident use of Google Workspace
  • German language skills at least B2 and English language skills at least C1
  • Participating in on-call duty
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
