We are looking for a Surface Coating Specialist for the A400M military transport aircraft for our customer Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Bremen – fixed-term until June 2026. Tasks
- Painting surfaces, including using synchronous coating processes
- Preparation of work: sanding, cleaning, covering, masking, activating, and providing tools and materials
- Carrying out paint applications – manually or by machine – including documentation
- Surface painting in accordance with specified quality and production standards
- Attaching technical signage using various application techniques
- Preparing the scene for labeling
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter or industrial painter
- Ideally, experience at Airbus or a comparable aviation company
- Business fluent German (at least C1), basic knowledge of English
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
