Responsibilities
- Agile Leadership: Lead and mentor a community of Scrum Masters and multiple Scrum teams, fostering a servant-leadership culture
- Scrum/SAFe Coaching: Coach teams and senior leaders on Scrum and SAFe to ensure high-performing, self-organizing delivery
- Configuration Management: Design, implement and maintain processes for version control, baselines, change control, and traceability
- Systems Engineering: Support the application of principles for requirements, architecture, integration, and verification
- Risk & Dependency Management: Identify, map and mitigate cross-team dependencies and program-level risks
- DevOps & CI/CD: Collaborate with DevOps to improve pipelines and define a "Definition of Done" including quality criteria
- Agile Metrics: Track and report key metrics such as velocity and PI predictability on dashboards for stakeholders
- Value-Driven Delivery: Align delivery with Business Owners and Product Management to guarantee measurable value
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive professional experience (8+ years) in agile delivery, with at least 3 years in a senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
- Proven experience guiding 4+ Scrum teams or a Scrum-of-Scrums
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering and system life-cycle models (e.g., ISO/IEC 15288)
- Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Bigpicture, and the Atlassian suite
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to work in a regulated environment (e.g., defense industry)
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a servant-leadership mindset
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
