The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,809 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.04.2027. Responsibilities
- System Test Definition: Develop and document test specifications for HW/SW simulation items of the P3E project
- Training System Installation & Maintenance: Support the installation and maintenance of all PSTS training devices
- Test Stories: Generate test stories and test cases for various training devices based on Level-1 requirements
- Requirements Verification: Perform Level-1 requirement verification by executing defined test stories
- Design Changes: Implement and test design changes resulting from hardware modifications
- HW/SW System Tests: Execute system tests and document test results
- Acceptance & Qualification Activities: Support acceptance and qualification activities with service providers and the final customer
- Technical Issue Resolution: Ensure technical and design issues for the Simulation Item are resolved
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Computer Science or Engineering (minimum Master or Diploma)
- Several years of professional experience in engineering and extensive experience with IT/information systems
- Knowledge of system integration processes as well as testing activities and requirements traceability required
- Knowledge of Eurofighter simulation and verification processes a major asset
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Requirement Management Tools (DOORS) as well as programming languages and operating systems (C, C++, Python, Perl, ADA, Windows, Linux) advantageous
- Business fluent English (at least C1); knowledge of additional languages advantageous
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to daily activity and priority changes
- Good communication skills as well as teamwork skills and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
