Responsibilities


  • System Test Definition: Develop and document test specifications for HW/SW simulation items of the P3E project
  • Training System Installation & Maintenance: Support the installation and maintenance of all PSTS training devices
  • Test Stories: Generate test stories and test cases for various training devices based on Level-1 requirements
  • Requirements Verification: Perform Level-1 requirement verification by executing defined test stories
  • Design Changes: Implement and test design changes resulting from hardware modifications
  • HW/SW System Tests: Execute system tests and document test results
  • Acceptance & Qualification Activities: Support acceptance and qualification activities with service providers and the final customer
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Ensure technical and design issues for the Simulation Item are resolved


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Computer Science or Engineering (minimum Master or Diploma)
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering and extensive experience with IT/information systems
  • Knowledge of system integration processes as well as testing activities and requirements traceability required
  • Knowledge of Eurofighter simulation and verification processes a major asset
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Requirement Management Tools (DOORS) as well as programming languages and operating systems (C, C++, Python, Perl, ADA, Windows, Linux) advantageous
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); knowledge of additional languages advantageous
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to daily activity and priority changes
  • Good communication skills as well as teamwork skills and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
