Tasks
- Create work orders to support operational production processes
- Log, manage, and resolve technical disruptions in coordination with relevant departments
- Participate in internal and external audits to maintain process and product quality
- Join problem-solving groups to implement systematic improvements in the shopfloor environment
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows
- Provide operational supportacross various technical and administrative production processes
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, automotive mechanic, mechatronics technician, or equivalent – each with a master technician qualification or Completed technical university degree (minimum Bachelor level), e.g. in engineering
- At least two years of professional experience in engineering, production/manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, or technical documentation
- Proficient in Google Workspace, ideally with SAP knowledge
- German language skills at business fluent level (C1) and English at advanced level (B2)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early/late shift)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- CV in English required
