Tasks
- Selecting suppliers, obtaining quotes, performing technical evaluations, and checking invoices
- Coordinating, instructing, and supervising external service providers, including drafting work instructions
- Operating, maintaining, and repairing buildings, systems, and infrastructure in compliance with legal standards (e.g., BetrSichV)
- Creating, maintaining, and overseeing inspection, maintenance, and testing schedules via external contractors
- Planning and monitoring maintenance activities in accordance with Airbus’ internal processes
- Managing maintenance service providers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant service delivery
- Organizing and supporting expert inspections of regulated technical and structural facilities
- Monitoring KPIs and participating in both internal and external audits
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training with additional certification as a Master Craftsman
- Several years of experience in the maintenance of real estate and infrastructure, particularly in civil engineering and pipeline construction
- In-depth knowledge of roadworks, underground construction, pipeline construction, and welding techniques for steel and PE pipes
- Familiarity with relevant construction and occupational safety regulations
- Experience planning, executing, and approving construction and renovation projects
- Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace
- Business-fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B2)
- Valid Class B/3 driving license
- Valid and unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
