At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Immenstaad, you will take on the central role of Technical Writer in change management and configuration control for complex space projects. You ensure the integrity and quality of technical documentation and act as the link between engineering, program, and production.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 65,552 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.01.2028. Responsibilities
- Change Management of technical documents and implementation of configuration baselines
- Quality Management by supporting internal and external audits and optimizing processes
- Data Management and verification of documents for formal completeness and correctness
- Technical Writing through expert supplementation and textual revision of documents
- Document Optimization by correcting faulty assignments and identifying weaknesses
- Change Control Boards (CCB) organization and coordination of changes with projects, engineering, and production
- Interface Management as a link between engineering, program, and production
- Reporting through the creation of status reports and technical lists
Qualifications
- Completed technical education, at least to the level of a certified technician or technical business administrator
- Several years of professional experience in configuration management and technical documentation
- Many years of experience as a technical writer is mandatory
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS-Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
