Responsibilities
- Change Management: Independent analysis of change requests and customer comments with effort estimation for documentation adaptation
- Technical Analysis: Evaluation of construction documents, parts lists, and supplier documentation regarding maintenance measures and concepts
- Documentation Scope: Definition of the change scope in manuals, considering existing helicopter configurations
- Data Module Creation: Implementation of changes or technical supervision of subcontractors in the creation of data modules
- Customer Support: Processing of customer inquiries, reporting, data management, and process improvements
- Certification Preparation: Timely provision of ICA drafts for the certification of changes with aviation authorities
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Aerospace Engineering or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
- Several years of experience in creating technical publications, preferably in the fields of electrical systems or avionics
- Good knowledge of aviation regulations for technical documentation
- Proficient German (at least B2) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Experience in helicopter maintenance or production is an advantage; ILS knowledge is desirable
- Strong teamwork skills, independent working style, and resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
