At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will take on the role of a UI/UX Designer with responsibility for the entire development of human-machine interfaces for highly complex systems. Using your expertise in Human Factors Engineering, you will implement demanding design projects, from analysis to validation and verification.

Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design: Implement design for complex human-machine interfaces, from conception to validation
- Human Factors Engineering: Apply specific tools and methods independently
- Work Packages: Take responsibility for planning and coordinating work packages within the development process
- Project Contribution: Execute specific Human Factors Engineering work packages
- Interfaces: Actively shape the interfaces between design, development, and verification
Qualifications
- Completed Master's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, UI/UX Design, or Industrial Design
- Several years of experience in engineering, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Experience in Human Factors Engineering is mandatory
- Knowledge of Software Engineering and programming
- Knowledge of Qt, Axure, and Adobe Illustrator
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- High level of communication skills and commitment, self-motivation, and a reliable working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
