Tasks

  • Booking aircraft spare parts in the inventory management system to the correct storage locations
  • Checking, picking, packing, and providing auxiliary power unit (APU) spare parts according to provision requirements, including processing missing parts lists and documentation
  • Entering, maintaining, and storing sorted parts in SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Storing and providing customer packaging
  • Checking the identity of complete APUs (e.g., part number/serial number), comparing them in the system, and then storing them properly until disassembly
  • Reordering consumables via the internal Emax ordering system
  • Internal transport with a forklift truck and support for the workshop, e.g., in packaging and preparing spare parts
  • Taking on substitute tasks in other SE2 areas as required

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or completed vocational training with equivalent skills and knowledge
  • Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics/material supply (ideally in the aviation sector)
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Very good German (at least B2) and basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work early shifts (6:00 a.m.–2:45 p.m.)
  • Industrial truck license essential; crane license desirable (can also be obtained)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
