We are currently looking for a Warehouse Logistics Specialist – Shipping Preparation for our client Airbus Logistics GmbH at their Hamburg site. Tasks
- Packaging parts and materials in suitable transport containers and containers in accordance with the shipping order
- Creating and processing delivery notes and freight documents for deliveries
- Transporting components and materials using forklifts or other means of transport
- Reporting errors and malfunctions in the packaging or transport process
- Disposing of packaging material and ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse
- Checking and documenting short deliveries, incorrect deliveries, and overdeliveries
- Compliance with safety regulations in the daily work environment
Qualifications
- Completed training as a warehouse clerk or warehouse logistics specialist is an advantage
- Initial or several years of experience in the area of goods receipt and dispatch is desirable
- Valid forklift license is mandatory, a crane license is an advantage
- Good German language skills (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
