Responsibilities
- Managing equipment and supplies, including issuance, return, and provision—using industrial trucks as needed
- Carrying out administrative procedures for specialized tools and materials, e.g., commissioning non-routine processes, ensuring documentation, and scanning and archiving certificates
- Performing technical tasks on tools and equipment, e.g., simple functional tests or engraving
- Receiving, inspecting, partially packaging, and subsequently distributing materials—using a forklift as needed
- Supporting production through pre-sorting and order picking (e.g., blind plugs) as well as creating engine labels
- Conducting inventory counts and performing special tasks
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical or logistics field
- Experience with tools is a plus
- Practical experience in warehousing, logistics, and technical fields is desirable
- Valid forklift license required
- Proficiency with IT programs
- Very good German language skills (min. B2) and basic English language skills (min. A2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and on weekends
- Physical stamina
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
