Tasks

  • Picking of materials including consolidation, packaging and preparation for shipment
  • Inbound and internal storage of goods including scanning and transfer to storage locations
  • Reconciliation of quantities and serial numbers in the warehouse management system
  • Packaging of hazardous materials in accordance with ADR 1.3 regulations
  • Processing of delivery notes and freight documents as well as disposal and provision of packaging materials
  • Operation of the Lean Lift system and manual industrial trucks for transporting components and materials
  • Reporting of process disruptions and errors
  • Quality assurance during the handling of incorrect, excess or short deliveries

Qualifications

  • Completed training as warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk or warehouse management specialist is an advantage
  • Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics and shipping
  • Initial experience in working with scanner systems and inventory tasks
  • Knowledge of material management systems is desirable
  • Good German language skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system
  • Physically resilient, reliable and conscientious working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
