At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Finkenwerder, you will take on overall responsibility for the Single Aisle outfitting assembly as an End 2 End Aircraft Manager. You coordinate the entire production flow, optimize processes, and ensure the timely and quality-compliant handover to the final assembly lines.

  • Process Management: Control and monitor the entire assembly process from structure assembly through outfitting to handover to final assembly lines
  • Workflow Management: Monitor and prioritize the inflow and outflow of critical tasks and issues
  • Interface Management: Act as the central point of contact between suppliers and customers
  • Defect Management: Record, prioritize, and generate time- and quality-compliant solutions for defects in the production process
  • Process Optimization: Analyze recurring issues and defects and implement sustainable improvement measures

  • Completed degree in aircraft construction, engineering, or aerospace technology (at least a master craftsman's diploma)
  • Several years of professional experience in aircraft construction and the aerospace industry
  • Initial experience in supplier management and manufacturing engineering
  • Initial experience in project management
  • Proficient use of SAP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Good knowledge of risk management
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); French skills are an advantage
  • Analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working, as well as pronounced communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory

  • Experience in supply chain/logistics advantageous; aerospace experience also advantageous
  • Proficient use of SAP and ICC (advanced application knowledge) as well as Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
  • High-tuned communication, presentation, and influencing skills towards all management levels – internally and externally
