Tasks

  • Provide advice and operational support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and digital tools
  • Implement personnel measures, such as contractual changes or managing external hiring procedures
  • Maintain employee data in Workday and SAP; support data reporting and analysis
  • Assist with key HR campaigns (e.g. Performance & Goals, Salary Review, Equal Pay)
  • Contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of internal HR processes
  • Support national HR projects and specific HR-related initiatives
  • Plan and facilitate internal workshops

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training with many years of professional experience
  • or a bachelor's degree, e.g., in business administration, communication sciences, psychology, or economics
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources, especially in operational HR administration
  • Knowledge of project management and experience in organizing and preparing workshops
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (including detailed functions) as well as SAP R/3 and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
