At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Process Engineer Customer Service to steer the end-to-end performance of customer service processes. You will analyse data, define workflow control boards and implement an effective audit and surveillance concept to continuously improve process quality and adherence.

Responsibilities
- Process optimisation: Foster best practices through cross-industry benchmarking and open communication
- Performance management: Continuously improve the end-to-end operational performance of customer service processes, including A220
- Audit concepts: Define and implement an effective audit concept focusing on on-time and on-quality delivery
- Process surveillance: Establish comprehensive operational process surveillance within customer service (process adherence, Go Look See)
- Data analysis: Analyse data and define workflow control boards for customer service processes, using Python, Pyspark, SQL, SLATE, Apsheets and Google Looker Studio
- Decision support: Perform data analysis to support compliance, performance increase and fact-based decision-making processes
- Network management: Maintain close contact with key actors within customer service and the entire support process community
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems and project management
- Many years of experience in process improvement, quality management and quality assurance
- Detailed specialist knowledge in Python and SQL as well as in-depth application knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of Lean Management, Project Management and Total Quality Management (problem-solving methods)
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German and French are advantageous
- Experience in Business Process Modelling (BPM) and knowledge of Pyspark, SLATE, Apsheets and Skywise are advantageous
- Willingness to travel (1-2 times per month within Europe)
- Independent way of working, strong communication skills and analytical thinking
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
