Responsibilities
- Administrative secretarial tasks handled independently
- Appointment planning and coordination for managers as well as preparation of meetings, reviews, and workshops
- Reports and presentations created as well as organisational tasks such as meeting and event planning managed
- Correspondence conducted in German and English, and act as the central point of contact in the department
- Databases and lists maintained and managed in Word, Access, and Excel
- Travel planning and expense coordination for national and international trips
- Procurement of work equipment and consumables as well as initiation and monitoring of orders
- Time tracking and travel expense accounting booked in SAP according to cost causation
Qualifications
- Completed training as an office management assistant or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in secretarial or assistant work
- Experience in office management, particularly with travel planning and expense accounting
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and experience with SAP desirable
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Willingness to work on-site
- Independent, structured way of working, team player skills, and communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
