Responsibilities
- Event Management for newcomers: independent planning and organization of induction weeks and pre-practical training for new apprentices and students
- International Partner Management: administrative processing of applications for overseas semesters and overseas internships; guiding talents in preparing their „move-out“
- Process Documentation & Optimization: creation and maintenance of detailed process descriptions for all administrative workflows; identification of non-value-added activities and documentation of improved workflows
- Certificate Creation: creation of qualified training and internship certificates in coordination with the specialist departments
- Administrative Excellence: maintenance of digital filing, management of student data, and process-compliant archiving of all documents
- Interface Work: acting as a friendly contact person for AIRzubis and internal specialist departments
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as Office Communication Clerk or commercial training with extensive professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in secretarial/assistant areas
- Confident handling of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Basic English skills advantageous
- Experience in certificate creation and event organization advantageous
- Teamwork and communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) mandatory
