Der Stelleninhaber (d/f/m) arbeitet als Manufacturing Process Engineer im Bereich Customized Electric A320 FAL.

• Definition des Bauprozesses für ME (Manufacturing Engineering Department)
• Kollaboratives Design bis zur Fertigung (Co-Design/Co-Indus)
• Berechnung der Zeit auf Betriebsebene
• Mitwirkung in allen Phasen des Designs, um sicherzustellen, dass die industriellen Anforderungen berücksichtigt werden
• Verwaltung der Technical Sequencing
• Spezifizierung der Anforderungen an die industriellen Anlagen (u.a. Vorrichtungen, Werkzeuge, Maschinen) für die Erstellung oder Änderung

The incumbent (m/f/d) works as a Manufacturing Process Engineer in the Customized Electric A320 FAL area.

• Definition of the manufacturing process for ME (Manufacturing Engineering Department)
• Collaborative design up to production (Co-Design/Co-Indus)
• Calculation of time at the operational level
• Participation in all design phases to ensure industrial requirements are considered
• Management of technical sequencing
• Specification of requirements for industrial equipment (including fixtures, tools, machines) for creation or modification
• Implementation of the first installation with necessary feedback loops in production for production readiness (production handover)

• Degree in Engineering at least Bachelor level or Aerospace at least Bachelor level
• Work preparation experience of at least 1 year
• Engineering experience of at least 1 year
• Manufacturing Engineering experience of at least 1 year
• Mechanics experience of at least 2 years
• IT: SAP advanced user knowledge, Catia V5 advanced user knowledge, Google Workspace

• Conception collaborative jusqu'à la production (Co-Design/Co-Indus)
• Calcul du temps au niveau opérationnel
• Participation à toutes les phases de conception pour garantir que les exigences industrielles sont prises en compte
• Gestion du séquençage technique
• Spécification des exigences pour les équipements industriels (y compris les dispositifs, outils, machines) pour la création ou la modification
• Mise en œuvre de la première installation avec les boucles de rétroaction nécessaires en production pour la préparation à la production (transfert de production)

• Diplôme en ingénierie au moins niveau licence ou en aérospatiale au moins niveau licence
• Expérience en préparation du travail d'au moins 1 an
• Expérience en ingénierie d'au moins 1 an
• Expérience en ingénierie de fabrication d'au moins 1 an
• Expérience en mécanique d'au moins 2 ans
