Responsibilities


  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and continuously engage key stakeholders for projects
  • Change Impact Analysis: Assess the impact of changes and create the foundation for communication planning
  • Change and Communication Planning: Design, manage, and implement measures to promote acceptance
  • Governance and Structure: Ensure clear responsibilities, effective resistance management, and sustainable change anchoring
  • Consulting and Coaching: Support stream leaders, project teams, and management in implementing change objectives
  • Project Consulting: Accompany external projects in the areas of stakeholder management, change structure, and communication


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Communication Sciences, Psychology, or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in Change Management
  • Experience in Communication Management or Public Relations
  • Confident handling of MS PowerPoint and Google Workspace
  • Good knowledge of Lean Management and Project Management
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German and French language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 1–8 times per year)
  • Team player, strong communication skills, and independent way of working
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
