Tasks
- Advise and support Airbus managers and leadership teams on labour law issues, organizational changes and people strategies
- Integrate and implement strategic HR topics and processes into the business – from performance to succession planning
- Coordinate and guide career development activities and individual talent assessments
- Contribute to personnel and workforce planning together with leadership and controlling
- Manage internal approval processes, including coordination with works councils and representatives for severely disabled employees
- Participate in interviews and selection of key and leadership roles
- Set and align compensation structures and salary progression
- Collaborate constructively with social partners and internal HR interfaces
Qualifications
- University degree in Law, Psychology or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's level)
- More than 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role
- Strong generalist background in HR operations, including experience with change processes, compensation, and project work
- Familiarity with SAP systems (basic application knowledge); Workday experience is a plus
- Advanced skills using Google Workspace
- Fluent German and English skills (both at least C1 level)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
