We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner for our client Airbus Operations GmbH at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. In this temporary role (initially limited to 2 years), you’ll actively support the Final Assembly Line Single Aisle while implementing strategic people-focused initiatives. Tasks

  • Consult and support managers and departments on strategic HR issues and transformation processes
  • Guide and drive the development of employees and leaders in line with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with national labour laws, internal company policies and Ethics & Compliance standards
  • Coordinate and align compensation, training, and recruitment policies with corporate guidelines
  • Build strong relationships with Airbus social partners and work closely with stakeholders like Labour Law
  • Track and evaluate HR KPIs, data and internal reports for senior leadership decision-making
  • Act as a local enabler of the HR strategy within the Final Assembly Line business unit

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, Social Sciences or Business Administration
  • Extensive professional experience (at least 3 years) as an HR Business Partner or in HR management
  • Solid understanding of change management and basic project management skills
  • Self-driven and structured work style with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP HR and strong experience using Google Workspace
  • Fluent German and English skills (at least C1) – required for internal and external communications
  • Advantageous: experience at Airbus, employee development background, and knowledge of Workday
  • A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
