Tasks

  • Overall responsibility for the recruiting and selection process for trainees and dual students
  • Structured review of application documents and test results according to defined criteria for informed pre-selection
  • Organization, coordination, and implementation of selection days at multiple locations, including scheduling, room, and stakeholder planning
  • Binding applicant correspondence and transparent communication regarding status, dates, and next steps in the process
  • Coordination of the selection committee as well as moderation, coordination, and documentation of selection decisions
  • Concept development and implementation of optimizations in the selection process as well as collaboration in overarching HR projects
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a compliant process
  • Occasional representation of the company at recruiting events, school visits, and trade fairs, including the implementation of information formats

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in psychology, social sciences, or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources and recruiting
  • Experience in organizing and conducting selection formats (e.g., selection days, assessment elements)
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace required; knowledge of Workday desirable
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
  • Class B driver's license and own car required
  • Willingness to travel regularly to selection days (focus on Hamburg, possibly Stade, Bremen, Buxtehude)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
