Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the recruiting and selection process for trainees and dual students
- Structured review of application documents and test results according to defined criteria for informed pre-selection
- Organization, coordination, and implementation of selection days at multiple locations, including scheduling, room, and stakeholder planning
- Binding applicant correspondence and transparent communication regarding status, dates, and next steps in the process
- Coordination of the selection committee as well as moderation, coordination, and documentation of selection decisions
- Concept development and implementation of optimizations in the selection process as well as collaboration in overarching HR projects
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a compliant process
- Occasional representation of the company at recruiting events, school visits, and trade fairs, including the implementation of information formats
Qualifications
- Completed degree in psychology, social sciences, or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in human resources and recruiting
- Experience in organizing and conducting selection formats (e.g., selection days, assessment elements)
- Knowledge of Google Workspace required; knowledge of Workday desirable
- Business fluent in German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
- Class B driver's license and own car required
- Willingness to travel regularly to selection days (focus on Hamburg, possibly Stade, Bremen, Buxtehude)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
