We are looking for a dedicatedCustomer Service Dispatcher in Hamburg-Finkenwerder for our client Airbus Operations GmbH. Tasks

  • Organizing customer transportation by phone, email, and on site
  • Coordinating customer offices and meeting rooms for appointments
  • Welcoming and assisting international customers, including onboarding at Airbus
  • Maintaining customer data in the internal system
  • Managing rental vehicles (carpool management)
  • Processing fines and parking violations
  • Providing administrative support in the delivery process and at internal interfaces

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training with many years of professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service and assistance/secretarial work
  • Class B driver's license required
  • Confident use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and be on call on Saturdays (approx. every two months)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
