Responsibilities
- Customer Representation: Represent Airbus to airline customers and ensure first-class hospitality and service quality
- Central Interface: Act as the central point of contact in the Customer Definition Centre (CDC) for internal Airbus departments and cabin suppliers
- Meeting Management: Create and drive individual meeting agendas based on customer objectives and key decisions to be made
- Mock-up Coordination: Interface with the CDC technical team to ensure the on-time and high-quality construction of temporary cabin mock-ups
- Resource Planning: Guarantee the on-time availability of dedicated experts and equipment for each customer meeting
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or International Management (at least Bachelor's)
- Many years of professional experience in customer service
- Several years of experience in project management and process planning
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1)
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Independent, structured, and result-oriented way of working
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
