Responsibilities


  • Customer requirements: Collaborate on timelines and input into all manufacturing areas
  • Special production and critical AOG requests: Manage and track delivery dates
  • Obsolescence management: Coordinate for post-series needs and solution finding
  • KPI creation: For monitoring and continuous improvement of delivery reliability
  • Customer complaints: Track in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Design
  • Material and capacity forward planning: Coordinate with specialist departments
  • Customer management: Present delivery information with customer representatives
  • Partnership: Further develop with the customer


Qualifications

  • Vocational training as an industrial mechanic, logistics specialist, mechanic, or commercial training at least at technician/specialist level or technical training at least at master craftsman level
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, customer service/Customer Service, quality management, supply chain/logistics, and technical documentation
  • Experience in Customer Service, Quality Management, and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Additional qualification as technician or master craftsman
  • Language skills: German business fluent (at least C1), English business fluent (at least C1), technical English, French advantageous
  • Experience in onsite management/customer service environment and product experience in the Airplane Doors area advantageous
  • Experience in Airbus aircraft manufacturing environment
  • Soft Skills: willingness to commit, communication skills, teamwork
  • Travel willingness and AOG standby duty 24/7
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
