At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Customer Service Representative to manage the entire process chain from inquiry to delivery for series, concession, and speedline parts. Responsibilities
- Customer inquiries: Process inquiries, create master data, and prepare quotations
- Order processing: Create customer orders, forward them internally, and monitor shipments
- Price calculation for purchase and sales prices
- Complaint management: Accept and process customer complaints and coordinate replacement deliveries
- Reporting and phased participation in small and sub-projects as well as special topics
- Cancellation requests: Process cancellation requests and maintain master data
Qualifications
- Successfully completed technical studies at least at technician/specialist level or business administration training at the same level
- Several years of professional experience in disposition/material procurement, customer service, and supplier management
- Experience in process improvement as well as in supply chain / logistics
- Solid knowledge of SAP detail functions and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of change management and lean management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness for occasional shift work
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and solution-oriented approach
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
