Tasks
- Provide advice and operational support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and digital tools
- Implement personnel measures, such as contractual changes or managing external hiring procedures
- Maintain employee data in Workday and SAP; support data reporting and analysis
- Assist with key HR campaigns (e.g. Performance & Goals, Salary Review, Equal Pay)
- Contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of internal HR processes
- Support national HR projects and specific HR-related initiatives
- Plan and facilitate internal workshops
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training with many years of professional experience
- or a bachelor's degree, e.g., in business administration, communication sciences, psychology, or economics
- Several years of professional experience in human resources, especially in operational HR administration
- Knowledge of project management and experience in organizing and preparing workshops
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (including detailed functions) as well as SAP R/3 and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
