Tasks

  • Advise and support Airbus managers and leadership teams on labour law issues, organizational changes and people strategies
  • Integrate and implement strategic HR topics and processes into the business – from performance to succession planning
  • Coordinate and guide career development activities and individual talent assessments
  • Contribute to personnel and workforce planning together with leadership and controlling
  • Manage internal approval processes, including coordination with works councils and representatives for severely disabled employees
  • Participate in interviews and selection of key and leadership roles
  • Set and align compensation structures and salary progression
  • Collaborate constructively with social partners and internal HR interfaces

Qualifications

  • University degree in Law, Psychology or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's level)
  • More than 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role
  • Strong generalist background in HR operations, including experience with change processes, compensation, and project work
  • Familiarity with SAP systems (basic application knowledge); Workday experience is a plus
  • Advanced skills using Google Workspace
  • Fluent German and English skills (both at least C1 level)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient) is mandatory
