Responsibilities
- Project support for the planning and implementation of transformation and change projects
- Communication materials such as presentations, guidelines, and handbooks for internal change processes
- Workshop preparation and follow-up for internal events and change initiatives
- HR reporting: Generate and prepare regular reports and key metrics
- Process design of local HR processes and templates in the context of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Recruiting support in application process management, talent pool maintenance, and active candidate outreach
- Employer branding through support of employment marketing activities
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable subject (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally as an HR Generalist or Junior HR Business Partner
- Sound basic knowledge of operational recruiting and experience in supporting change processes
- Experience in reporting and with standard HR systems (ideally Workday or SAP)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and a sound understanding of the potential applications of AI in HR
- Analytical thinking, precise working style, and teamwork skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
