Responsibilities
- Independent management of all daily office operations
- Administration and procurement of office supplies, equipment, and workwear
- Coordination and ordering of IT equipment, including alignment with internal departments and external service providers
- Planning and execution of internal and external events
- Primary contact for employees, guests, and service providers, including the coordination of inquiries
- Data management: Creating and maintaining Excel lists and preparing content for PowerPoint presentations
- Onboarding: Planning and organizing the integration process for new employees
- Administrative support for special organizational tasks and projects
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, e.g., as an Office Management Assistant, Industrial Clerk, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in office management, administrative assistance, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Language skills: Native or professional fluency in German (at least C1); advanced proficiency in English (at least B2)
- Valid driver’s license (Class B/Standard Passenger Vehicle) and a willingness to drive
- Work Authorization: A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory (no student visas)
