Responsibilities
- Payroll and Time Management: Responsibility for all payroll-related and time management tasks including quality controls, error analysis, and resolution
- Personnel Measures: Implementation of hiring, transfers, contract changes, and departures
- Special Processes: Handling of wage agreement increases, one-time payments, and income protection measures
- Legal Compliance: Verification of tax and social insurance obligations for all processes
- Consultation: Professional advice and information for employees, HR business partners, and managers
- External Communication: Correspondence and provision of information to pension recipients, health insurance companies, and authorities
- Specialized Processing: Handling of garnishments, salary conversion, and other complex matters
- Project Work: Occasional participation in small and sub-projects as well as special topics
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training, for example as a Personnel Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Financial Accountant, or in a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally with a focus on personnel administration and finance
- Experience in payroll accounting is desirable
- Proficient use of SAP (knowledge of detailed functions) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working, as well as pronounced communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
