Responsibilities


  • HR Advisory and management of personnel topics in collaboration with HR Business Partners
  • Personnel Administration for hiring, transfers, and contract extensions in the HR system Workday
  • Compensation Management including processing salary development steps and changes
  • Headcount Controlling through continuous tracking and reporting of personnel levels
  • Recruiting Support in organizing and conducting applicant days for permanent positions
  • Works Council Communication as the central interface for all personnel matters subject to co-determination
  • HR Reporting for creating meaningful analyses and key figures for management


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training, for example as a Personnel Clerk, or a completed degree in Business Administration or Economics (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in personnel administration, payroll accounting, or as an HR Business Partner
  • Confident handling of HR systems such as Workday as well as SAP/R3
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • High quality and performance orientation, structured and independent way of working as well as pronounced communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
