Responsibilities
- HR Advisory for employees and managers on all HR-related matters and processes
- HR Administration managed independently, including contract creation, onboarding, and salary development
- Data Management in HR information systems for creating key figures and management reports
- Project Support for HR Business Partners in coordinating campaigns such as bonus setting and team reviews
- Early-Careers Support for interns and working students throughout their entire lifecycle
- Partnership Management building and maintaining trusting relationships with social partners
- Process Optimization through participation in HR projects and digital development of internal procedures
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training, for example as a Personnel Clerk, Office Management Clerk, or comparable
- Many years of professional experience in human resources, particularly in personnel administration
- Proficient use of SAP (knowledge of detailed functions) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Knowledge of Gemini or other AI tools as well as Workday is advantageous
- Analytical mindset, independent way of working, and pronounced communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
