Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the central Voice of the Customer for all Final Assembly Lines (FALs) and serve as the major customer for central digital projects
- Deployment Governance: Hold final Go/No-Go gate-keeper authority for solution deployment across all four global FALs and enable local teams
- Strategy & Convergence: Identify and validate priority areas, and develop an integrated Cross-FAL strategy for solution convergence
- Portfolio Integration: Structure, evaluate, and seamlessly integrate incoming requests and new ideas into the running project portfolio
- Project Delivery: Bridge the gap between business context, shopfloor realities, and strategic objectives, communicating them clearly to central project teams
- Requirements Engineering: Lead requirements collection, User Story creation, Lessons Learned capturing, and Business Value Measurement throughout the end-to-end lifecycle
- Deployment Planning: Plan, organize, and coordinate the technical and financial enablers required for a successful launch, including Business Acceptance Tests (BAT) and Change Management
- Milestone Ownership: Meticulously prepare and conduct all milestone reviews, leading the critical Deployment Start Milestone
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree)
- Many years of professional experience in Change Management, Manufacturing Engineering, and Project Management
- Several years of experience in production planning and control
- Good knowledge of Lean Management and Process Management
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German or French skills are advantageous
- Willingness to travel for business (mainly within Europe, approximately twice a year)
- High level of proactivity, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a structured approach to work in complex, international environments
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
