Tasks
- Control of obsolescence management for military series products (e.g., Tiger)
- Interface function to engineering, purchasing, logistics, and programs
- Analysis and evaluation of critical obsolescence risks
- Definition of solutions and coordination of implementation (e.g., redesign, last buy, repair)
- Prioritization of measures in coordination with strategic stakeholders
- Maintenance of the obsolescence database and monitoring of implementation steps
- Moderation of obsolescence workshops with suppliers and internal departments
- Preparation of decision-making bases for management and change boards
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in IT, project management, supply chain and technical documentation
- Several years of experience in aerospace and procurement
- In-depth knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and ideally Google Suite
- Business fluent English (at least C1) and proficient German (at least B2), French desirable
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Resume in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
