Tasks

  • Independent coordination of office management and main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Management and procurement of office supplies, equipment and workwear
  • Organisation and procurement of IT equipment for employees
  • Planning and execution of internal and external events and meetings
  • Onboarding of new employees, including coordination and support during their first days
  • Maintenance and creation of Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Handling of administrative and organisational special tasks

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. as Management Assistant in Office Communication)
  • Several years of professional experience in office management
  • Valid Class B driving licence required
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English (at least B1)
  • Independent and service-oriented way of working, strong organisational skills and communication abilities
  • Friendly and confident manner as well as enjoyment in working in a varied office environment
  • Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) required
