At Airbus Operations GmbH in Buxtehude, you will be the link between suppliers, production, and customers as an Operational Employee in Goods Receipt/Despatch. You ensure that electronic components and materials arrive and are forwarded on time – with precision, personal responsibility, and a clear view of the overall process.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 39,060 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 15.12.2026.   • Goods Receipt: Check and process incoming goods and shipping orders based on delivery documents for identity, quality, and quantity
  • Document Management: Assign documents to goods and make them available for further processing
  • Interface Coordination: Communicate with internal departments and freight forwarders and coordinate schedules
  • Special Orders: Prioritize urgent and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders and initiate special transports
  • Packaging: Create special packaging as well as pack, weigh, measure, and label goods
  • Goods Handover: Hand over goods and documents to freight forwarders and recipients such as final assembly line, suppliers, and internal customers
  • Process Control: Perform tracking and tracing and reconcile delivery notes
  • Returnable Packaging Management: Return empty crates to suppliers and coordinate disposal of returnable packaging

  • Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or in a technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics and operational goods receipt/despatch (no picking or classic warehouse activities)
  • Initial application knowledge in handling SAP
  • Basic skills in Google Workspace
  • German language skills at a proficient level
  • Team player skills, strong communication skills, and a high level of customer service orientation
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
