Responsibilities
- Consultative point of contact for departments on all matters related to recruiting, the labor market situation, sourcing channels, and supporting HR marketing measures
- End-to-end management of internal and external recruitment processes for non-academic target groups (skilled workers, administrative staff, master craftsmen, foremen) while ensuring process compliance and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Active management of the recruitment funnel: quality, quantity, turnaround times, conversion rates, and efficiency for your vacancies
- Monitoring and ensuring agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs in tandem; deriving and implementing improvement measures in the event of deviations
- Drafting contract offers in coordination with the department, taking into account internal framework conditions, benchmarks, external market developments, and salary structures
- Involving employee representatives in accordance with the Works Constitution Act and maintaining constructive cooperation with co-determination bodies
- Representing the employer in HR marketing activities, e.g., short presentations at career fairs, as well as taking on special assignments and project work
Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in the recruiting field (particularly process management, stakeholder management, or comparable HR administrative work)
- Good knowledge of internal processes and interrelationships in the field of recruitment, as well as of the German training and labor market
- In-depth knowledge of market trends
- Solid knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, and social security law, as well as collective bargaining agreements and works agreements
- Initial experience in project management is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Business-fluent German (min. B2) and advanced English (min. B1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
