Tasks

  • Processing sheet metal parts by forming and machining
  • Assembly work on subassemblies made of composite and metal materials
  • Integration of systems and components into metal structures
  • Performing riveting, gluing, and screwing work on assemblies (e.g., firewalls, fire bulkheads)
  • Material allocation and documentation of work sequences
  • Optimization of processes for complex assemblies
  • Prototype construction activities on new structures and individual parts

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, mechatronics engineer, metal technology specialist, or in a comparable metalworking profession
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, mechanics, and sheet metal
  • Business fluent German (at least C1), basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
